What am I looking at on the homepage?
Today’s community specials on market-rate homes. You’ll see base rent, required fees when we can verify them, and the special language with a source. Prices, specials, and availability change often. The property sets final pricing.
Are specials guaranteed?
No. Many specials are limited to select homes, lease terms, or move-in dates. We quote the source and expiry when we have them and flag anything we couldn’t check.
Is the 3D tour the exact apartment?
Often it’s the floor plan, not that exact unit. Every card should say when the tour is plan-level.
What’s “Open 3D tour”?
Open 3D tour opens an interactive tour. The button names the floor plan shown — it’s the floor-plan tour, not a scan of that exact unit number.
Why only three apartments on the homepage?
Those are today’s featured specials with public 3D tours. After you tell me where to look, I send a short personal list — more options that match you — not a giant search dump.
What apartments are included?
Market-rate only. No essential, workforce, AMI, income-restricted, or income-qualified inventory.

What happens after I submit?
You get your own personalized dashboard with your apartment recommendations, each checked against the property's own site. We email you a link so you can come back to it anytime in the next 60 days.
Move-in rebate: the fine print
Apartment communities pay Urban Access Properties a referral fee when a renter we help signs a lease. You never pay us. When a rebate is offered, it's a share of that fee.
- You qualify when you list "Apartment locator: Ryan Ahyaee, Urban Access Properties" on your guest card and application (and move-in form, if there is one), and the community accepts us as your referral source.
- We pay the rebate only after the community pays us, often 30–90 days after move-in. If a community doesn't pay, we can't pay the rebate.
- One rebate per lease, not per roommate.
- Rebates aren't offered where a property's policy or Texas law prohibits them, and are subject to the consent of the parties as required.
